ok, so, try this driver http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/195.62/195.62_notebook_winxp_32bit_international_whql.exe and after unpacking replace original nv4_disp.inf with edited version ( http://www.megaupload.com/?d=NZJM9B5R ). I hope i’ll work :-)

Hey there,

Thanks for posting the blog. It has been very helpful. The only problem I have right now is with the nVidia GeForce 9400M drivers, I have tried your drivers but that did not help. I have dell studio sps 1340m with me, installed xp on it. Can you help me out with the drivers here.

Good day. It’s me again. I still have problem installing the video driver. I have already downloaded your inf file and replaced it with the original file but I still get the incompatibility error and if the click ok it will suddenly close and will not install. I manually installed it in device manager but it still did not work. I have also notice that it installed NVIDIA 9200M G video driver with a yellow exclamation point on it not NVIDIA 9400M G. Is the file name of the video driver is 186.24.rar? Please give me the link for this video driver. Thanks.
